It’s not an easy job, believe me, but it gives me the opportunity to do hands on management on various aspects of the business which I find great. I like working closely with my people, I have a good support team for the franchisees and I have traveled a lot around Greece over the past six years and met many new people in different places some who have become our franchisees. We started with one shop in Athens and we now have 50 all over Greece and the network is growing. Believe me there are not many opportunities for such job satisfaction.
